1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PEACEpost website, newsletter services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

PEACEpost reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered subscribers of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Subscription Services

Newsletter Subscription: PEACEpost offers free and paid subscription tiers. Subscribers receive monthly newsletter editions, community stories, and faith-centered content.

Subscription Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Content Access: Free subscribers receive the current monthly edition. Paid subscribers receive full archive access and bonus content.

3. Donations and Charitable Contributions

Tax-Deductibility: All donations made through PEACEpost to our partner churches are processed as charitable contributions and are fully tax-deductible under applicable law. PEACEpost will provide donation receipts for your records.

Gift Fulfilment: Donation gifts are fulfilled within 5–7 business days. Gift availability is subject to inventory. In the event a selected gift is unavailable, PEACEpost will substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Donation Refunds: Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was processed in error, contact us within 7 days at donations@peacepost.org.

Church Designation: PEACEpost makes best efforts to direct your donation to your selected church. In rare cases where a church becomes ineligible, funds will be redirected to our general community fund with your notification.

4. Merchandise and Shop

Products Descriptions: PEACEpost makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe all merchandise. Colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration differences.

Shipping: Products ship within 5–7 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. PEACEpost is not responsible for carrier delays.

Return and Exchanges: Unused merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Contact shop@peacepost.org to initiate a return.

Damage Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

PEACEpost Content: All editorial content, design, graphics, logos, and newsletter materials are the intellectual property of PEACEpost and are protected by copyright law.

Community Submissions: Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Attribution: We will attribute community stories to contributors unless you request anonymity. You retain copyright to your original submissions.

Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, or use PEACEpost content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. User Conduct

When interacting with PEACEpost services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information in forms and submissions. Respect the faith-centered, inclusive nature of our community. Not submit content that is defamatory, offensive, or violates any person’s rights. Not attempt to access systems or data beyond your authorized permissions. Not use our services for spam, phishing, or any fraudulent purpose.

PEACEpost reserves the right to terminate access for any user who violates these conduct standards.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availbility: PEACEpost strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect service.

Content Accuracy: While we endeavor to publish accurate, verified content, PEACEpost does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of all newsletter content. Community stories represent individual perspectives.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEACEpost’s liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PEACEpost services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee.

Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
